The Physical Therapists have a wide variety of knowledge and really tailor their approach to the individual person. One of the things that I appreciate most about Core is the amount of time they give their clients. I think that’s a rarity in our culture and one that is important to acknowledge. People always come first at CORE.
After two total knee replacements, I am an example of a patient that went from 0 to 110 percent with the help of Core Fitness and Physical Therapy, the Pilates Method, and wonderful Physical Therapists.
After losing a significant amount of weight, I began taking Pilates classes at Core Fitness and Physical Therapy to complement the Spinning classes I was taking. The decision to do so was one of the best ones I’ve made in a long time and it continues to pay dividends.
