Barre is a low-impact, high-result exercise class that is truly designed for everyone! Each class will tone and tighten your body by engaging your core with a combination of yoga, Pilates, and strength-training movements. All movements are low-impact and can be modified to match your personal fitness level.
In 2020, we had the opportunity to transfer Beverly Barre programming from their location in Chicago’s Beverly neighborhood into our studio at CORE. This merger means we now have several Barre classes to choose from each week! Barre classes are part of our Studio 1 programming.
Barre instructors at CORE have certifications through Exhale and Barre Intensity.
