Core Kids is a division of Core Fitness and Physical Therapy. Pediatric Physical Therapy focuses on promoting gross motor skills by building muscle strength, range of motion, balance control, postural endurance, coordination, motor planning, and more. Our goal is to help children build independence with gross motor skills allowing them to safely and confidently navigate their environments amongst peers.

Your child does not need a specific diagnosis or physician’s referral to get started with PT. Children can receive short-term PT services to either help with injuries or to work on developmental delays including:

• Difficulty jumping or running
• Navigating stairs safely and independently

• Throwing/catching/kicking a ball
• Balancing on one foot
