In collaboration with our Women’s Health Physical Therapy services, CORE offers prenatal and postpartum fitness programming designed to help women stay connected and feel stronger in their bodies at all stages of motherhood.
CORE provides specialized 1:1 training, group classes, and workshops that integrate both movement and exercise to feel stronger throughout workouts and everyday activities, but also the knowledge and understanding needed to promote long-term habits and results.
