Our Certified Functional Golf Rehabilitation Specialists went through extensive training with the Gray Institute to study the biomechanics of the golf swing. We coupled this specialized training with our whole-body approach to rehabilitation in order to develop a functional system used to decrease pain, tightness, and weakness; and enhance the motions and movements needed to improve the mechanics of the golf swing.
If you feel restricted or have pain during your golf swing, our physical therapists can help mobilize your tissues, and improve range of motion/strength to gain full mobility for the biomechanics of the golf swing. Your first appointment will include a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation. Within the first visit or two, we will analyze the golf swing and develop a needs assessment.
While every plan of care is individualized, on average we suggest PT 2-3 times a week. We have all the equipment you'll need onsite to help reach your goals, including a PT Aide who is also a PGA-certified golf professional.
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, but have good reimbursement options for many other providers. We can help you look into the specifics of your personal benefits.
