Private sessions provide one-on-one training with a highly-skilled Pilates Instructor. Sessions can include work on the Reformer, Split Pedal Chair, Springboard, Tower, or Mat. Instructors utilize hands-on stretching, tactile cues, and Thai Yoga Massage principles in order to provide clients with personalized attention.

Beverly Ride On has been a staple in the Beverly and Evergreen Park communities for over 15 years, and offers rides specific to your personal fitness needs. There are relaxing Candlelight Rides, as well as high-intensity Spin Sculpt rides. They have even combined Spin with our love of Pilates in one challenging class- Spin Fusion! Our equipment includes the Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Tower, Spine Corrector, Foot Corrector, Ped-0-Pull and Magic Circle. We also utilize other non-traditional Pilates props such as the Foam Roll, Therabands, Weights, Bosu and more.
